About the Learning Experience

This training course will prepare site managers for their first round of course evaluations. The content is organized in a series of short training videos and additional resources to ensure a strong learning experience.  The content was designed to be viewed sequentially to build your knowledge base, therefore we recommend going through the course in order. 

Learning Outcomes:

As a result of this first implementation training course, site managers will be able to:

  • Locate and describe the different components of the Survey Menu and their relevance to running Course Evaluations. 
  • Create survey question and response sets. 
  • Set up and run Survey Administrations.
  • Establish Email Communication, including automated notifications.
